I hear many people say ‘I cant do yoga, I’m not flexible?’ My classes are for everyone…my current Vinyasa class holds people aged 20 -70 years of age All with different reasons why they do yoga. Some with physical ailments. Some with Mental barriers. Yoga is not just the asana’s (poses) it’s not just being able to touch your toes….Its about giving yourself permission to STOP. To mentally unwind, move into muscles and joints, discover your breath, your strengths, nurture your body & opening your heart.
