Youth Yoga Classes
Be the best version of you!
These sessions are designed to support young people as they grow — physically, emotionally, and mindfully.
Each class blends movement, breathwork and mindfulness to help calm the nervous system, build self-awareness, and develop inner confidence. There’s no need to be flexible or experienced (and no, you don’t have to touch your toes!) — the focus is on creating a safe space where kids and teens can connect with their bodies, release stress, and feel proud of themselves.
We work on strength, balance, and body awareness, while also exploring tools to manage anxiety and navigate challenges with more ease. Everything learned on the mat can be gently carried into other areas of life — at school, at home, and beyond.
Term Details
When: Wednesdays, 4.00–5.00pm
Where: Black Mat Yoga Studio, Eltham
Duration: 8-week term
Cost: $180 (inclusive)

Corporate, Sporting & School Groups
I offer group yoga sessions for schools, sporting clubs, workplaces, and community groups of all sizes. These classes are designed to support physical wellbeing, emotional regulation, and mental focus — all through a holistic, heart-led approach.
Group classes can also be integrated into school wellbeing programs or workplace wellness initiatives. Options include:

Pilates-yoga fusion
Strength-based yoga
Guided meditation
Breathwork and nervous system support
Body awareness and relaxation
Each session is tailored to suit your group’s specific needs. You might request a blend of movement and mindfulness, or choose to focus on breathwork and meditation to support stress relief during exams or busy seasons.

Cost: $160 per hour (minimum 1hr booking, any number of attendees welcome)
