Holistic counselling for mind, body and spirit in Eltham

Gentle support for your emotional wellbeing

Holistic counselling is an integrative approach to wellbeing that considers the whole person — your thoughts, your body, your energy, your breath, and your lived experiences. Rather than focusing only on “what’s wrong,” holistic counselling creates space for deep self-inquiry, clarity, and healing through a compassionate, non-clinical lens.

We may explore your emotions, relationships, habits, beliefs, lifestyle routine or energetic patterns — always at your pace, and always grounded in respect and care.

About our Holistic Counselling sessions

My holistic counselling sessions are designed to guide you through life’s challenges with care, presence, and purpose. Combining therapeutic conversation with optional gentle movement, mindfulness techniques and breath, these 1:1 sessions create space for you to reconnect with yourself, release what’s been held, and begin to move forward.

Whether you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected — you’re not alone. These sessions are a soft landing, a place to feel seen and supported. Strategies to take home and integrate in your journey are sustainable.

How do the sessions work?

Each session is tailored to support your unique journey. By combining my background in welfare and counselling, with yoga and mindfulness techniques, to create a session that speaks to both your emotional and physical experience.

Some sessions are completely conversational. Others may gently weave in breathwork, light movement, or somatic tools to help process emotion and build emotional regulation. There’s no “right” way — together, we’ll follow what feels right for you on the day.

This work is about slowing down, listening inward, and finding what you need to feel steady and supported.

Prior to our first session, personal information forms will be emailed. This will save time and allow me to prepare for our first session together.

Cost: $120 (50 minute session)

If needed, I can also refer you to other health professionals to support your wider wellbeing.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all. We start with an initial session where we map out what’s going on for you and begin to create a direction forward. From there, we move at your pace — gently working through emotional blocks, offering practical tools, and exploring mindful ways to support growth and healing. Some clients come for just a few sessions, while others find ongoing support helpful. If extra support is needed i have supportive connections with external clinical and non clinical practitioners.
