Gentle yoga for every body and all ages in Eltham and surrounds
Yoga for mind, body and serenity
Yoga, for me, isn’t just a practice — it’s a way of life. It’s a space where we can pause, breathe, stretch and soften into who we truly are. Whether you’re joining me for the first time or returning to your mat, you’ll find a class that welcomes your body, your energy, and your needs — just as they are.
I teach a range of yoga styles including Vinyasa Flow, Slow Flow, Hatha, Yin, and Sculpt, along with classes for kids, Teens, and groups. All of my classes are grounded in mindfulness and guided by intention — blending movement, breath, and rest in a way that feels supportive, not stressful.
I offer yoga classes in Eltham and surrounding suburbs at beautiful local studios, outdoor locations, and in private 1:1 sessions. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to begin. You just need to show up as you are.

FLOW
Flow, also known as Vinyasa Flow, is a heartwarming, breath-led class designed to build strength and flexibility while calming the mind. Flow connects movement to breath and finishes with a deeply grounding Savasana. Suitable for all levels.
-
HATHA
A slower, more intentional class that focuses on physical alignment, posture, and deep breath connection. Hatha Yoga is a strong foundation for any practice and ideal for beginners or those seeking depth and stillness.

YIN
A meditative and deeply relaxing class with long-held poses (3–5 minutes) to support fascia release and stimulate energy channels. Yin Yoga invites surrender, stillness, and internal awareness.
-

Guided sessions that support mental clarity, nervous system regulation, and inner calm. These classes combine gentle breathwork (Pranayama) with seated or reclined meditation, offering a safe space to rest and reset.

A dynamic, energising fusion of yoga, low-impact weights, and cardio movement. Designed to build strength, tone muscles and improve bone density — perfect for those who love movement and still want the mental clarity of yoga.

YOUTH YOGA
These sessions are designed to support young people as they grow — physically, emotionally, and mindfully. Each class blends movement, breathwork and mindfulness to help calm the nervous system, build self-awareness, and develop inner confidence.
