Hi, I’m Esther

Welcome to My Serenity Yoga, I’m so glad you found me.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 17 years, and in 2016, I followed my passion and became a qualified yoga teacher. My training includes Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Pre-Natal, and Kids Yoga, and I’ve continued learning through mentorships and advanced trainings in sequencing and holistic movement.

But yoga is only part of my journey, and I’d love to tell you more.
